We provide a pay-per-page program that wipes out the worry of down-time. Our contracts include all toner, parts, labor and travel time.
Assessment & Planning
Our Account Managers routinely visit customer sites to review their current situations, and to provide information on how our Office Automation Group can streamline processes and cut down on unnecessary printing and equipment, in order to cut down on overall costs. Also, as things can change quickly in everyday business, we work with our maintenance contract customers to address those changes as soon as possibe. We also plan on an annual review to ensure there is a plan in place for the year ahead.
